Meet with Sales Representative

Once you’ve chosen the home of your dreams, you’ll meet with one of TriStar’s highly trained sales representatives to discuss the details of making the home yours. This includes price, estimated construction timelines, and so much more.

Make Selections & Choose Upgrades

Now is the time to choose interior and exterior paint colors, cabinets, countertops, and make all flooring selections, among other items. There are standard finishes that are included in the sales price, but often homebuyers choose to upgrade for an additional fee.

Purchase and Sale Agreement / Binding Agreement

Once the Purchase and Sale Agreement has been signed, a binding agreement is put in place. This protects both parties and reserves the home to you alone.
Homeowner Orientation & Walk-Through
Shortly before the closing date, we’ll schedule your New Home Orientation and Walk-Through. This is your opportunity to learn about all the home’s systems – inside and out – on a guided tour with an experienced TriStar representative.

Closing

Finally, the home is yours! After signing all the appropriate documents, we will hand over the keys and it’s time to move in.

One Year Builder Warranty

Every TriStar home comes with a one-year limited builder warranty. This covers the major systems of the house, like plumbing, electrical and more. The one-year warranty is part of our continuing commitment to stand by the homes we build long after the closing date has come and gone.
